Christmas Cookie Recipe?

Our Relief Society is holding our quarterly Enrichment Meeting this Saturday, and it happens to be a holiday cookie exchange. I've committed to going, but there's one problem: chocolate cookies are not allowed. Another problem, I only know how to bake chocolate chip cookies.

Does anyone out there have a great holiday cookie recipe to share?
